So yeah. I emptied out my entire dA in one fell swoop.

Why?

Well. At first I was going to change names since I was getting out of the Navy. But now it seems I'm going to be staying in because with how the economy is right now...I probably wouldn't stand a chance getting a job in my little niche of PA. So you guessed it. I'm on the track to re-enlisting for another 4 years.

The bright side?

In a year and a half, I'll be up for shore orders which means no more deployments for me and a nice desk job (in a building rather than a ship, heh). I plan on leaving WA sometime in May when my new orders for Virginia come through. Yes, Virginia. The shithole capital of the Navy world but ya know what? I'm an E-5 that will get PAID to live outside the base and it's only a 7 hour drive back home at that point. So, fuck it. I'll deal with the suck zone of Norfolk.

In lighter news, if I get better orders somewhere other than Norfolk but still in the northeast then...fuck yeah!

As for posting up my stuff again? Probably not. It was all old junk anyway and I'd rather get some new stuff out to post up here. I can't even remember the last time I used my tablet. I'll have to change that once the puppy gets around 6-8 months (he's 4 1/2 right now). Or at least when he's sleeping. Something anyway XD
